	Two sets of attested photocopies of mark sheets of the recent education completed.
	Two sets of attested photocopies of school leaving certificate/passing certificate/date of birth certificate.
	Domicile Certificate.

A Demand Draft of part payment/admission fee in favour of "SAHYADRI COLLEGE OF FIRE ENGINEERING & SAFETY MANAGEMENT", payable at Nashik (Maharashtra).

2.For Advance Diploma In Industrial Safety:
Duly filled application form is to be submitted along with the following documents:

	Two sets of attested photocopies of mark sheets of the recent education completed.
	Six passport size recent photographs(B&W)
	Experience Certificate
	T.C.
	Domicile Certificate.
	Original Mark sheets.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission

	Minimum Standard Of weight	:	50 kg
	Height	:	165 cm
	Chest	:	80 cm(Normal)
	Chest	:	85 cm(expanded)
